Sofia and Ann

A native of Morocco, Sofia Pernas moved to California at the age of 5 old. She grew up living in Orange County. She graduated of the University of California, San Diego in 2015, the same year she got her breakthrough in acting. Pernas made small guest appearances on NCIS and Leverage prior to landing the role as Marisa as Marisa in The Young and the Restless. The actress, who quit the soap in 2016, got the part of Catalina in the role of a regular on Jane the Virgin. The model, proficient in four languages has been seen since appearing on The Brave and The Green Ghost as Hannah Rivera. She also made an appearance on Secret Society of Second Born Royals. From 2019 to 2020, she was Lexi Vaziri in Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly reported in May 2020 that Pernas was on the verge of dating Justin Hartley from The Young and the Restless. The relationship began following Chrishell Stause, the This Is Us actress split in the month of November. News came out in April 2021, that Pernas and Hartley recently tied the knot during a secret ceremony.
