Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy was born in Miami Florida on 16 April 1996. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology student. His father is an Argentine with Scottish and English roots. Her mother is Spanish-English. The Taylor-Joy family was a family with six kids. Four of her siblings are from the previous marriage to Taylor's dad. Buenos Aires was her home until she turned six, when the family moved to Victoria within London. Taylor Joy says that moving to England was extremely stressful. She was not willing to study English and believed she would be able to relocate back to Argentina. Hill House became her school of choice after Taylor-Joy was ordered to move schools. After that, she went to Queen's Gate School in London and took ballet classes and participated in the drama department. In her 16th year she left the school to pursue a profession as an actress full-time. Since her early years, Taylor-Joy was aware of her desire to work as an actress. her dreams came true after she was offered an opportunity to model by Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
